• Supervise the team of analyst performing nostros & depot reconciliation and support them troubleshoot issues and manage escalations appropriately • Review and ensure data integrity & completeness check and other internal control are completed effectively • Ensure compliance of FSA regulation in relation to nostros and perform Client Money reporting everyday. • Ensure Cash/Depot reconciliation abides in accordance with stipulated Operations Risk management policies and framework. • Maintain automated static data i.e. tagging rule, matching rule and other business rules which are critical to perform reconciliation in Imatch. • Prepare MRA & KRI reports regularly to management • Resolve end-user queries effectively. Liaise with IT support groups to resolve system related issues in timely manner and escalate in appropriate situations.
