KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

2) Continuous follow ups and direct interaction with clients in resolving receivables issues.

3) Assisting in the day to day accounting functions.

4) Managing accounts receivables.

5) Ensuring timely processing of bills.

PRODUCTION : To meet the targeted production

 

MAINTENANCE : Operations and maintenance of Plant and Laboratory including all other equipments, to be kept up to date and maintained ensuring 100% working of effective technical equipment by efficient and responsive maintenance, engineering improvement and support planning as required.

 

QUALITY :

 

1)                   Responsible to procure quality material and produce Quality Product acceptable to customer to their complete satisfaction.

 

2)                   Ensure maintaining the Laboratory to the standard required by customers, Timely calibration of all the equipments and testing devices.

 

3)                   Ensure customer interaction successfully and ensure all complaints / problems are attended to the satisfaction of the client immediately.

 

4)                   Ensure all the visiting inspectors are suitably attended and get all the material cleared for dispatch.

 

TECHNICAL :

 

1)            Responsible for design, erection and commissioning of new projects, if any, as per the guidance of the management.

 

2)            To suggest new ways and means for development of products, at lower cost to the management.

 

3)            To submit techno commercial proposals for development and improvement in Quality ensuring nil complaints from our clients, if any.

 

4)            Initiate steps to establish Quality systems as per ISO-9002 and obtain ISO certification with in targeted period.

 

5)            Ensure factory inspections are organized for vendor registration / Audits / surveillance.

 

Financial and Material Management :-

 

1)            Budgeting / monitoring of fund utilization, inventory control of production unit and quality raw material be ensured .

 

2)            Timely procurement of all the Raw material, Fuel & Packing Materials as per the orders / dispatch schedule, with best quality, at best / lowest prices and terms.

 

3)            Responsible to maintain lowest cost viz. raw materials and its consumption ratio, electricity expenses, stores consumable and salary & wages beside overheads and contractors payment.

 

 

Training and Development :-Organize and conduct training for team members ensuring daily productivity is achieved as targeted.     

 

ADMINISTRATION

 

1)            Ensuring proper handling and security of official documents and maintaining high standard of discipline among all team members.

 

2)            Laying down better operating procedures for each department ensuring continuous production.

 

3)            Co-ordinate with Govt. authorities and statutory viz. Central Excise, Sales Tax, factory registration etc.

 

4)            To maintain proper decorum and discipline in the production floor amongst your team members.

 

5)            To keep the Production Team fully motivated for Quality Production, Production Capacity of Plant, without wastage, at Economical cost.

 

6)            To effectively co-ordinate with inter departmental staff and in case of functional problems the same be brought to the notice of seniors.

 

7)            To maintain punctuality / regularity, discipline, follow company rules, systems and procedures, in order to promote a healthy organizational culture and inculcate a sense of belongingness to all those associated with you.

          

Determining the best method of mining & planning the location and development of mines

Planning the height, placement, and type of excavation equipment, as well as returning the mining site to its natural state after the deposits have been exhausted.

Ensuring strict adherence to quality systems & procedures as per the ISO standards.

Charting several safety measures for minimizing occurrence of accidents, fires, calamities.

Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets and scheduling material

procurement plans and ensuring optimum inventory level.

-Graduate in Civil engineering with Postgraduate qualification in Highway/Structures/Geo-technical engineering
-Minimum 20 years of experience of highway engineering
-5 years of experience in similar capacity and involved in Highway Development projects
