Position Overview
Replicon is searching for energetic and organized individuals to join our successful team as Account Managers. This opportunity will use your skills of customer service, conflict resolution and sales to take complete ownership of assigned customer accounts. These individuals would be responsible for ensuring satisfaction on the ongoing use of Replicon’s product and services for the growth and retention of long-term quality customers.
Responsibilities:
· Finding answers and/or getting the right people/departments involved in resolving all support issues on assigned customer accounts
· Identifying accounts with growth potential and manage those accounts accordingly by sending required information to the customer and/or getting the right people/departments involved
· Ensure the CRM (Salesforce.com) is up to date and accurate with all information and communication with the customer accounts
· Respond to incoming emails and voicemails from assigned customer accounts in a timely manner
