Skills Required

Having in-depth knowledge of following:

1. Digital Switching Technology (PCM-TDM)
2. Standard features of Enterprise Communication Servers (EPABX / PBX) (Electronic Private Automated Branch Exchange/ Private Branch Exchange)
3. Signaling: Loop, E&M, BRI, PRI, CCS, ISUP, SCCP & R2MFC, and DECT
4. Problem Troubleshooting and debugging techniques (Both Hardware and Software)
5. Good knowledge over the value adds of EPABXs like Voicemail, ACD, IVRS, CTI etc
6. Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and practical knowledge of LAN / WAN/ ISDN.

Activities

1. Taking ownership for the trouble tickets created by the welcome center
2. Identify, analyze, escalate and solve technical problems
3. Coordination with the business partners of the client
4. Application of Software Updates / retrofits / Change Notices
5. Participation in Customer meetings and interaction with L3 team and backend supports teams
