Position Overview

Replicon is searching for energetic and organized individuals to join our successful team as Account Managers.  This opportunity will use your skills of customer service, conflict resolution and sales to take complete ownership of assigned customer accounts.  These individuals would be responsible for ensuring satisfaction on the ongoing use of Replicon’s product and services for the growth and retention of long-term quality customers.

Responsibilities:

·         Finding answers and/or getting the right people/departments involved in resolving all support issues on assigned customer accounts

·         Identifying accounts with growth potential and manage those accounts accordingly by sending required information to the customer and/or getting the right people/departments involved

·         Ensure the CRM (Salesforce.com) is up to date and accurate with all information and communication with the customer accounts

·         Respond to incoming emails and voicemails from assigned customer accounts in a timely manner

Clearing cutomer queries through telephone / email

Handling Clients

Candidate will have to  source Tenders for electrical contracts through various sources. Candidate will 

have to market company services to major gov agencies and MNC's. Candidate will have to coordinate

and report to the reporting manager on regular basis.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. You will be required to go through 3 months of intensive orientation program in the SAP module.
2. Upon completion of your orientation, you will be deputed on Projects for the next 3 months as an Associate SAP Consultant and grooming yourself to become a full fledged SAP consultant.
3.  KTL will offer you a remuneration of Rs.4,000/- month for the first 3 months(orientation period), followed by a remuneration of Rs.6000/-month during the project period for the next 3 months. On completion of the contract period, you may be absorbed for our projects or you will be in our active databank for our future SAP Project or placement with our client projects. Terms and conditions will be applicable.

• Good typing skills (30-40 wpm) - Speed and accuracy very essential
• Candidates are required to process telecom applications. They need to perform data entry of source documents to a computer database
• Ability to read/write in English and Kannada (a must)

    Web Designer
         - Person should posses good knowledge in HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.

        - Good communication and reporting skills.

    Flash / Action Script:
        - Experience in designing and maintaining web-based Flash Applications using Adobe Flash with VERY heavy use of ActionScript 2.0/3.0.
        - Experience in designing and developing Object Oriented programs in ActionScript 2.0 or other Object Oriented languages.
        - Advanced knowledge of Flash 8/9, ActionScript 2.0/3.0 and timeline animation.
        - Knowledge of how to interact with server side programming languages.
        - Familiar with Flash Remoting Server, Flash Communication Server and Socket Server.
        - Clear understanding of XML and how to interact with it in Flash.
        - Ability to write clean and re-usable code and use existing code in packages.
        - Knowledge of how to make things work across various OS and browser platforms.
        - Knowledge of Flash Video, sound integration, filters, animations and transitions.
        - Working knowledge of Flash components. Using, Modifying and Creating.
